- Update MX Player & VLC in the app store
- Clear StreamBoxTV app cache & data
- Reboot your streaming device
- Confirm your Wi-Fi is stable (100+ Mbps)
Fire Stick / Fire TV Note
Support for Fire Stick and Fire TV is limited. We sell and fully support Android TV & Google TV devices. Fire Stick troubleshooting may not be as detailed.
