NO REFUNDS under any circumstances.
Policy Details
By completing a purchase with StreamBoxTV — whether for a subscription, a device bundle, or any other product or service — you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
Device purchases are non-refundable once the order has been placed.
Bundle purchases (device + subscription) are non-refundable in full or in part.
This policy applies regardless of whether the service has been used.
Cancellation of service does not entitle the customer to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting StreamBoxTV support is considered a violation of this policy. In the event of a fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback:
Your StreamBoxTV account and service access will be immediately suspended.
StreamBoxTV reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed funds through available legal channels.
Any active warranties or device exchange eligibility will be voided.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute.
No Exceptions
StreamBoxTV does not issue refunds for any of the following reasons:
Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to use the service during the subscription period.
Incompatibility with a device not supported by StreamBoxTV.
Internet connectivity issues on the customer's end.
Temporary service interruptions or maintenance windows.
Dissatisfaction with content availability or channel lineup changes.
