Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using StreamBoxTV. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a device or subscription from StreamBoxTV, or by using our streaming service in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StreamBoxTV LLC.
2. Service Description
StreamBoxTV provides access to a streaming application with a large library of on-demand and streaming content. The service is provided on an annual subscription basis. StreamBoxTV is a streaming application service — it is not a cable, satellite, or traditional television provider. Content availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. StreamBoxTV does not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, program, or content at any given time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a subscription or device from StreamBoxTV. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. StreamBoxTV services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
4. Account & Access
Your StreamBoxTV account is for personal use only. Each subscription is licensed for use on one device at a time unless otherwise specified in your plan. Sharing your account credentials or streaming simultaneously on multiple unauthorized devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use StreamBoxTV only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the service without express written permission from StreamBoxTV. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the StreamBoxTV application or infrastructure. Any attempt to circumvent security measures, access unauthorized content, or disrupt the service for other users is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.
6. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed annually at the time of purchase. The standard first-year rate for Bring Your Own Device plans is $150. Annual renewal is $130. Bundle pricing varies by device. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout. It is your responsibility to renew your subscription before it expires to maintain uninterrupted access. StreamBoxTV is not responsible for service interruptions caused by a lapsed subscription. Multi-box discounts ($10 off per box when purchasing or renewing 2 or more) are applied at the time of transaction and cannot be applied retroactively.
7. Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to use the service, device incompatibility, internet connectivity issues, or dissatisfaction with content. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full. Please review our full Refund Policy page for additional details.
8. Service Availability
StreamBoxTV makes reasonable efforts to maintain service uptime and reliability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, server issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service availability. StreamBoxTV will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of planned maintenance windows. We are not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages resulting from service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned.
9. Content Disclaimer
Some channels and content within StreamBoxTV rely on third-party sources and providers. StreamBoxTV does not guarantee the availability, quality, accuracy, or legality of all content accessible through the service. Channel lineups, on-demand libraries, and content availability are subject to change without notice. StreamBoxTV is not responsible for content provided by third-party sources and does not endorse any third-party content accessible through the service.
10. Device Policy
Devices sold by StreamBoxTV are pre-programmed and configured for use with the StreamBoxTV service. Unauthorized modification, jailbreaking, or tampering with a StreamBoxTV device may void the hardware warranty and result in account termination. StreamBoxTV is not responsible for damage caused by unauthorized modifications. Devices are sold as-is for use with the StreamBoxTV service and may not be compatible with all third-party applications or services.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials associated with StreamBoxTV — including but not limited to the StreamBoxTV name, logo, application interface, and documentation — are the intellectual property of StreamBoxTV LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any StreamBoxTV intellectual property without express written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
StreamBoxTV's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity, even if StreamBoxTV has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Termination
StreamBoxTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate any provision of these Terms of Service. Termination for cause — including but not limited to account sharing, fraud, chargebacks, or abuse — will not result in a refund of any fees paid. Upon termination, your right to access the service immediately ceases.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StreamBoxTV LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
15. Changes to Terms
StreamBoxTV reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of material changes via email or in-app notification where possible.
16. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. StreamBoxTV is a licensed LLC operating in the United States.
